Learn it. Use it. Teach it.
Synapse Studio builds focused software for ambulance clinicians, students, instructors, and medical educators—from learning and clinical support to connected simulation and documentation training.
One field. Three connected needs.
From building knowledge and using practical tools to preparing and running realistic simulation-based teaching.
Build knowledge and clinical reasoning.
Practise important concepts, identify weak areas, and retain knowledge through structured repetition and focused training.
Reach practical support when it matters.
Access focused clinical information, calculations, assessments, and operational guidance during prehospital work.
Prepare and run realistic simulation.
Control simulated patient cases and let learners assess, treat, communicate, and document through connected instructor and journal tools.
Instructor control and journal documentation in one simulation environment.
SynapsePortal brings SynapseFacilitator and SynapsePPJ together. The instructor manages the scenario and patient development while learners receive patient data, assess the patient, and document the encounter.
Both modules are development previews for educational scenarios. They do not have public downloads; access is currently limited to authorised institutional and private users.

Synapse Studio started from a practical frustration: useful prehospital ideas often end up split across disconnected tools, documents, and teaching material.
I am a paramedic student building the kind of focused software I kept wishing existed: clinical reference support, study practice, teaching structure, and team-training ideas that feel related instead of random.
The goal is not to replace clinical judgement, local protocols, or formal education. It is to make practical support easier to reach, easier to understand, and easier to grow responsibly over time.
